Transformação nodular angiomatoide esclerosante no baço: um relato de caso

Resumo

A Transformação nodular angiomatóide esclerosante (SANT), é patologia esplênica benigna vascular rara, apresenta maior incidência em mulheres de meia-idade, assintomáticas e geralmente tem seu diagnóstico através de um achado em exame de imagem. Relatamos um caso de SANT, diagnosticado em paciente feminina, em seguimento de neoplasia renal, que teve como achado radiológico imagem nodular esplênica suspeita para metástase, em que se realizou esplenectomia videolaparoscópica, tendo como resultado anatomopatológico SANT. Apresenta bom prognóstico, sem relato de recidivas locais, portanto, o diagnóstico de SANT deve ser lembrado em achados de imagem nodulares no baço.
